Sending an offer for signature

Turn a drafted offer into a signable package and track it to completion.

Once an offer is drafted on a transaction, you can send it out for signature without leaving CaprikaOS.

Steps

  1. Open the transaction and go to the Offer tab.
  2. Review the terms, then click Send for signature.
  3. Add every signer (buyer, seller, and any co-signers) with their name and email — CaprikaOS builds the signable Packet and figures out which fields go to which signer.
  4. Send it. Each signer gets an email with a secure link; you'll see live status (sent, viewed, signed) right on the transaction.

What happens after everyone signs

Once every required signer completes the packet, CaprikaOS marks the offer as signed and notifies you. A human on your team still reviews and locks the transaction to move it to ratified — signing alone doesn't auto-ratify a deal, so double-check terms before you lock it in.

If a signer's link expires or they lose the email, you can resend it from the same Offer tab — no need to start over.
