Your CaprikaOS invoice is made up of a few parts:
Base plan
Your plan's base price covers your purchased seats — the number of teammates who can log in. If you invite more people than you have seats for, you'll be prompted to add seats before the invite completes.
Add-ons
Things like extra IDX websites, additional phone numbers, or print-fulfillment credits show up as line items separate from your base plan.
Usage-based charges
A few features (like mass email sends beyond your plan's included volume) are metered — you'll only see a charge if you went over what's included that month. You can watch your usage any time from Account Settings → Billing → Usage.
Updating payment info
Go to Account Settings → Billing → Payment method to update your card. If a charge fails, we'll retry automatically and email you — your account won't be suspended on the first failed attempt.
